Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your total order weight, shipping destination, and USPS shipping method selected. If Free Shipping is available, your order will ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

Processing Time
All items available for purchase are in stock and ship within 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
American Carver is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off. While rare, shipping interruptions may occur — especially during peak seasons or unforeseen service disruptions.

Custom Orders
Custom requests (typically handled via direct communication or live events) may require additional processing time depending on complexity and quantity. Estimated fulfillment windows are communicated at the time of order.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
We are not liable for delays due to customs processing or inspections.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable items (e.g. consumables, food, flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

Return Conditions
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. If the item is not returned in its original state, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
