Shipping Policies

Shipment cost is calculated in real-time during checkout, based on the overall product weight, destination and type of USPS shipping selected. If we are offering Free Shipping on an order, the default with be USPS First Class mail when available, followed by USPS Priority service.

Processing time:
Items that are available to be added to the cart are in stock and will ship out within 1 to 3 business days. Tracking information will be provided on all orders at the time of shipment. American Carver is not responsible for delays once a shipment has been handed off to the carrier. Given the current pandemic, it is recommended that you allow for added shipment travel times with most US couriers.

Custom Orders:
The time needed to prepare a custom order for shipping varies based on the detail and quantity of items being customized. This information is shared with the customer at the time the order is placed.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. American Carver is not  responsible for delays due to customs.

We gladly accepts returns and exchanges.

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
